Information made available under REMIT

EU Regulation 1227/2011 on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT) requires the owners of power stations to make publicly available information on the current status and availability of their production assets.  This information is provided below.

  • Core data on EDF Energy’s power stations, which is based on the information that EDF Energy provides to National Grid under the GB Grid Code, can be found by clicking on the relevant ‘Data Publication' link below
  • Updates to this information can be found under the ‘Variations’ section.  Updates will normally be published within one hour of the change occurring, and will always be referenced against the most recent information as published under the GB Grid Code

The availability profile for HINB-7 ongoing load reduction for low load refuelling ending 03/06/2012 has been revised. EFA 22W12 availability is now forecast to be 325 MW.
16:44 15/05/2012
WBUPS-2 will be shutdown for maintenance between 19:00 on 15/05/2012 and 05:00 on 17/05/2012;
EFA 16/05/2012 availability is now forecast to be 0 MW
EFA 17/05/2012 availability is now forecast to be 369 MW
15:43 15/05/2012
WBUPS-4 will be shutdown for maintenance between 21:00 on 19/05/2012 and 23:59 on 20/05/2012; EFA Weekend WK20 availability is now forecast to be 220 MW

WBUPS-1 will be shutdown for maintenance between 22:00 on 18/05/2012 and 23:59 on 19/05/2012; EFA Weekend WK20 availability is now forecast to be 230 MW

The availability profile for HUNB-8 load reduction for low load refuelling starting 17/05/2012 and ending 20/05/2012 has been revised.  EFA 17/05/2012 availability is now forecast to be 333 MW.

The availability profile for HEYM27 ongoing load reduction for low load refuelling ending 05/06/2012 has been revised. EFA 22W12 availability is now forecast to be 545 MW.
14:17 14/05/2012
The availability profile for DNGB22 ongoing shutdown for offload refuelling ending 28/05/2012 has been revised.  EFA 22W12 availability is now forecast to be 210 MW.
13:03 14/05/2012
The dates for HEYM11 shutdown for offload refuelling have been revised, now starting 29/06/2012 and ending 09/07/2012
EFA Jun'12 availability is now forecast to be 516 MW
EFA Jul'12 availability is now forecast to be 404 MW
